Botulinum Toxin
Botulinum toxin, also known as anti-wrinkle treatment or toxin treatment, works to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by relaxing the muscles that create them
These wrinkles tend to appear with age and are affected by sun exposure, skin care and lifestyle. There is no ‘correct age’ for toxin treatment; many younger clients prefer to start toxin treatment in their 20’s to prevent the formation of these fine lines. Likewise patients of any age may find that toxin treatment reduces muscle tension and headaches, which can be created by frowning or teeth grinding.
What To Expect
Treatment takes about 30 minutes and involves a very small needle injecting botulinum toxin into the target muscle. Results take 2 weeks to reach their peak and tend to last for 3 months. We recommend treatment every 3-6 months.

Dermal Filler
Dermal filler refers to a variety of branded products with a core ingredient of hyaluronic acid. These work to plump, hydrate and restore volume. Dermal filler sits just under the skin, where it is gradually absorbed by the body over 6-18 months.
It is a common misconception that filler always looks fake. When dermal filler is expertly tailored to a patient’s face and treatment aims, wonderful subtle results can be achieved that enhance a patient’s beauty without distorting it.
What To Expect
You will initially be numbed with topical local anaesthetic. Treatment takes about 1 hour and involves a needle injecting dermal filler into the chosen site. Results are immediate, however, it is very normal for there to be initial swelling which will settle over several days. Results last for 6-18 months, we recommend treatment roughly once a year.

Polynucleotides
Polynucleotides are an injectable treatment that are derived from purified and sterilised salmon or trout DNA. They have been popularised as ‘salmon sperm injections’ in the media. Polynucleotides have a potent ability to refresh and revitalise skin by boosting collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid production.
They have the benefit of inducing long-term bio-remodelling, resulting in hydrated, rejuvenated and youthful skin.
What To Expect
You will initially be numbed with topical local anaesthetic. Treatment takes about 1 hour and involves multiple injections with a small needle either to the undereyes, face, neck or hands. It is normal for there to be mild swelling or ‘blebs’ that will settle over the next couple of days. You may see some immediate results, however due to polynucleotides working on the cellular level, it is far more likely to see most improvements in skin revitalisation over the coming weeks. Due to their cumulative effects, we recommend 3-6 sessions of treatment, spaced 3-4 weeks apart.
